Working at Amgen

At Amgen, every product is filled with the power to change lives. Amgen Operations is attuned to the tiniest details – using cutting edge science to monitor, test and confirm quality and compliance at every step, as nothing is bigger than our Mission to serve patients. Learn more about our passion and process.

We create an inspiring work environment that empowers our talent to thrive.

There's always an opportunity.

There's always the next thing that I can push towards.

We are guided by this mission to serve patients, and it's almost like the oxygen that we breathe serving patients is at the heart of every single thing that we do.

To have over 25000 people coming to work every day and thinking about nothing but that patient at the end of the journey, to me is something really special.

It gives you the sense of purpose that you're really doing something that is worth it.

I feel proud working at Hampton so many years.

I never get bored.

Anything is possible when I wake up every day.

I think that what we are doing really matters.

Amgen recognizes that you have talents and this is a chance to work on really new and innovative projects all the time.

It still feels very pioneering.

We we've been around for over 40 years, right?

But there's still this essence of kind of an entrepreneurial spirit.

I believe in our global footprint because it makes us stronger.

Diversity, inclusion and belonging.

It's it's not just a business priority.

We all have a role to play in promoting a culture that celebrates diversity and makes inclusion really the norm.

Our greatest asset is our people.

They feel that what they do is critical to the success of the company.

We have amazing talent and the opportunity to work with great people.

It's so cool to be here in a place where that's true.

Our values, our social architecture actually helps to pull that together too.

So we all know of the environment that we're trying to work in and the and what we're trying to create here.

I think Amgen's creativity and the mindset of coming to work every day to invent something new that delivers a medicine to a patient, I mean, to me, that's just the perfect union.

The innovation that we're bringing can bring benefits to patients measured in months and weeks and days.

So that's why we need to accelerate and we need to challenge ourselves.

We need to say, is this the best that we can do because patients are waiting for us.
